Current mood: Lazy Current song: Silent Wish... duh!
At last... I have finished translating Komura Youichi's Silent Wish. :D Ahh... this song is just so... so.. relaxing. Honestly, translating the song was like translating a love letter. It was the typical Romeo love song thingy, all romantic and soft, so although I was mourning the loss of my phone (which btw.. the fixing cost only costs Rm70+ and I'll be getting it back sooner than expected, I guess), finding out the meaning of the song got me smiling and sighing again. Though.... I was screaming out, "ULQUIORRA-SAN!!!!" the whole way.
And why? Those hardcore Bleach fans will soon recognise Youichi-senpai's voice as Ulquiorra's voice. That's right, people! Namikawa Daisuke-sama voiced Komura Youichi, the fox from Hiiro no Kakera!!!! =D I was SO happy when I heard it! For a bit, I was really wondering why he sounded so familliar, until I listened to all my Bleach Beat Collection cds that I have, and I was like, "OMG!!! THAT'S ULQUIORRA!!!" Namikawa-sama's voice role for the Cuarto Espada was something like... smooth, yet proud. Youichi is more on the warm side, although I don't know why Namikawa-sama voices people who are mostly on the quiet side. Anyway, his voice is just so smooth and gentle, perfect for this Fox character. I was instantly drawn in by his lyrics, and I admit.. I felt like totally falling in love with him at that point. His song and Namikawa-sama's smooth voice and the soft melody (though he gets a guitar bridge) calmed me down so much, I could've just fallen asleep to it. ^___^
Komura Youichi is the third person you'll meet in the game (yes, I admit... I'm going by the game sequence), and in the library, because he's a bookworm. He can cook, for one thing, and his favorite food is sushi (lol, don't ask.. his drama cd came with his favorite food.. he says he likes Inari Sushi or something). The best thing, though..... is that he has the special ability to fall asleep on his feet, or anywhere at all. XDDD That was seriously wierd, but it adds comic relief to what would otherwise be a boring person, since Youichi-senpai himself admits that he doesn't know nuts about sociallizing with people when Tamaki tried to make a conversation with him. There was a part though.. where Tamaki was going on and on about her life, and Senpai fell asleep in the middle of her ranting. Tamaki-chan got a bit upset, and she had a sharpie nearby.... so you can guess the rest. XD Though I think our dear Senpai would have just walked out of there with squiggles all over his face and not realise it. XD
On another note, Mahiro recieved the same fate too. XDDDDD Poor guys... the senpais (except Ryou, I think) all got the Sharpie treatment from Tamaki-chan.
Youichi's power is... Kitsune powers. XD He can create illusions and control fox fire which by the way, is blue in color. And he has the furriest transformation ever, fox ears and four, fluffy fox tails which I'd LOVE to hug or pull. =D Go senpai!!! I love senpai!!!
